Vibration in Training

Vibration dictates everything. Therefore, let’s use vibration and energy synchronously.

You will also get better results when you feel good about what you are doing. This goes for everything from cooking a meal and working out to giving a meeting or throwing a birthday party.

The more you focus on what you want and enjoy the process, the better you will be.

Your best runners love running. Your best cooks love cooking and the parties are thrown by people that love party planning.

This is why when it comes to your training, it is highly beneficial to do what you love and find value in what you are doing.

Note: there is great value in enjoyment.

There are many paths to the same goal.

If you are wanting general fitness you can pick from a huge menu of fun options.

Running, biking, swimming, weight training, yoga, Pilates, martial arts, hiking and skiing just to name a few.

Make whatever you do more fun by adding great music, training partners, adding variety, and making it a game.

Do what you love and love what you do.

When you love what you do, you are more likely to stay consistent, you’ll get the best results and you’ll have fun along the way.

It also helps to see the value in what you do. First I will repeat, vibrationally speaking there is great value in having fun. With that being said, it also helps to focus on all of the value of your activities.

Yes to some running up a mountain is great fun. To others it may not be as fun but they can focus on how much it will benefit them and therefore bring the positive energy to it.

An Olympic cyclist will strive for that crazy burn in his/her legs while training because it’s a byproduct of pushing the lactate threshold. This athlete knows that the training will help them win the gold and is therefore bringing in good energy.

The key is to focus on what you want; whether it’s a gold medal, slim sculpted body or the ability to play with your grand-kids.

Use whatever gets your juices going.

I know for sure that the thought of me getting my hands raised in victory inside the ring always push me to go further. Imagery is important and we will cover that in an upcoming discussion.
