Your kitchen table should be your happy place

In line with the last tip, be sure to be around positive fun people when you share mealtimes. You want to be vibing with one another so it’s all good. They can assist you in staying in a pleasant mind space.

If you find that they are dragging you down, causing you fear, upset, worry or anything negative. Then excuse yourself and think twice about sharing your space with them again.

Note: it’s never anyone causing you to feel a certain way, it’s always your response to them. But with that being said, make it easy on yourself and hang around smiling happy people instead of those that never run out of things to complain or worry about.
