Thoughts and Vibration Can Attract a Healthy Body

We have already discussed how the Law Of Attraction and your vibration directly affect the results you receive from you exercise and food.

Now, let’s talk a little about your body and how you can manage your thoughts to assist your body in line with the Law of Attraction and your vibration.

It is important for you to have a good healthy relationship with your body. It will behave in line with how you think and feel about it.

How do you feel about your body? When you wake up, when you look in the mirror, when you try on clothes or play a sport.

Are you happy with it? Are you satisfied? Or do you find yourself criticizing it and putting yourself down?

The thoughts that you project related to your body affects your vibrational relationship with it.

If you talked to your friend in a mean way everyday, would they remain your friend?

You need to be your body’s best buddy. It’s biggest supporter and cheerleader.

Appreciation

Appreciation is at the base of harmonizing with what you desire for all subjects.

If you appreciate your car, how do you treat it? You usually give it the best treatment, you keep it clean and you want to share it and express it. You are proud of it.

Well, why not appreciate your body in the same way? It’s strange how the same person will put pristine oil and gas in their sports car yet put the yuckiest stuff in their own body.

Remember, food will react how you believe it will.

Therefore what someone calls yucky, may work wonders for you.

I’ve seen people across the world thrive on what others would never consider. I’ve enjoyed some of it too:) and I felt great.
